THIS DEED, Made the twenty eighth day of February, in the year nineteen hundred and forty-four (1944). BETWEEN Henry K. Kreider and his wife, Katie R. Kreider, of the Township of South Londonderry, County of Lebanon and State of Pennsylvania, grantors, and Herbert H. Kreider and his wife, Emma B. Kreider, of the same place, grantees:
WITNESSETH, That in consideration of One (1.00) Dollar, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, their heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN messuage, tenement, farm and tract of land, situate in the Township of South Londonderry, County of Lebanon and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:-

BEGINNING at a point in the middle of a public road, leading from Campbelltown to Lawn; thence along the middle of said road the following two courses and distances: south nine and one fourth degrees east one hundred ten and seven tenths perches to a point and south two and one half degrees west twenty nine and four tenths perches to a point; thence along land of Mary B. Fasnacht the following two courses and distances: north eighty sevn (87) degrees west thirty eight and four tenths (38.4) perches to a post and south ten and one fourth degrees west seventeen and eight tenths (17.8) perches to a post; thence along the several lands of John Marburger and Victor Hoffer and his wife, Mabel Hoffer, north fifty one and one fourth degrees west forty six and sixty one hundredths (46.61) perches to a post thence along said land of Victor Hoffer and his wife, Mabel Hoffer, north forty (40) degrees west [?] forty four and thirty six hundredths (44.36) perches to a stake; thence along the same north thirty-six and one half degrees west twenty five and fifty one hundredths (25.51) perches to a stake; thence along the same north fifty five (55) degrees west four and eight tenths (4.8) perches to a tree; thence along the same north seventy two and one half degrees west thirty six and seven tenths (36.7) perches to a stake; thence along the same north fifty two (52) degrees west fifity and eight tenths (50.8) perches to a stake; thence along land of Harvey Alger north fifty one and three fourths degrees east fifty one and eight tenths (51.8) perches to a point on the south side of a sixteen (16) feet wide alley; thence along said alley south eighty nine and one half degrees east thirty three and five tenths (33.5) perches to a stake; thence along the east side of another sixteen (16) feet wide alley north one a one-half degrees east forthy five (45) feet, more or less, to the south side of another sixteen (16) feet wide alley; thence along the south side of said last mentioned alley south eighty nine and one fourth degrees east forty nine and forty three hundredths (49.43) perches to a point; thence along the west side of another sixteen (16) feet wide alley south eleven and three fourths degrees east ninety five (95) feet, more or less, to a point; thence along the south side of property of Daniel Nye north seventy eight and one fourth degrees east eleven and one tenth (11.1) perches to a point in the middle of the aforesaid road, leading from Campbelltown to Lawn, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING seventy seven (77) acres and one hundred six and eighty one hundredths (106.81) perches. It being the greater portion of the same premises which Jacob Graybill and his wife, Nancy Graybill, by their Deed, dated August 13, 1900 recorded on May 4, 1901, in the Recorder's Office of Lebanon County, in Deed Book "P", Volume "3", Page "91", granted and confirmed unto the said Henry K. Kreider, one of the grantors herein, his heirs and assigns forever.

AND the said grantors, do hereby Warrant generally the property hereby conveyed.
