ORPHANS' COURT SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE

PURSUANT to an order of the Orphans' Court of Lebanon County, under proceedings in partition therin had, will be sold at PUBLIC SALE or out-cry on

Saturday, October 22d, 1881,
On the premises hereinafter designated as Tract No. 1, the following Valuable Real Estate, late the estate of JOHN F. KREIDER, late of Londonderry Township, Lebanon county,Pa., deceased, viz:

Tract No. 1. A certain Messuage, Tenement and Tract of Land situate in LONDONDERRY Township aforesaid, adjoining the town of Campbellstown, on the Horseshoe Turnpike, bounded by lands of William Ulrich, Samuel Brandt, Jacob Landis, Simon Wissler, John Garrett, deceased, Wm. E. Brunner, Michael Petroff, and others containing

114 ACRES and 91 perches,
of Land. The improvments are a fine two-story BRICK DWELLING HOUSE, with Kitchen attached; a Summer House, BANK BARN, Wagon shed, good Pig-Sty, and other necessary out-buildings, all lying very close to the town of Campbellstown. The land is under an excellent state of cultivation, and with first-rate fences, having locust posts, and running water [???] through it, and at the house and barn. Also, two good Orchards with a choice variety of best selected Fruit Trees.

Tract No. 2 Consists of MOUNTAIN TIMBER LAND, situate in LONDONDERRY Township aforesaid, about three-fourths of a mile from the said town of Campbellstown, bounded by lands of John Wolfenberger, Philip Wolfenberger, Benjamin, Brennamin, and Joseph Bemensderfer, containing

of CHESTNUT TIMBER, a portion thereof being fit to cut
