Note:This deed is for a tract of land (less than half an acre) that John Funk Kreider is selling to John Miller on December 2, 1879.

This indenture made the second day of December anno domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine between John F. Kreider of Londonderry township in the county of Lebanon state of Pennsylvania and Mary his wife of the one part and John Miller of the same place (Laborer) of the the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and one dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns all that certain lot or piece of ground situate in said Londonderry township bounded and described as follows to wit Beginning at a post thence by land of John F. Kreider south eighty four and three quarters degrees west three perches and five and a half tenths to a post thence by lot to be conveyed unto Wm Helm north five and a half degrees west fifteen perches and one tenth to a post on the turnpike road thence on said Horseshoe Pike north eighty four and three quarters degrees east three perches and five and a half tenths thence by land of said John F. Kreider south five and a half degrees east fifteen perches and one tenths to the place of beginning Containing fifty three perches and six tenths strict measure It being part of the same tract of land which Joseph W Numbers and Hannah his wife by their deed dated the 5th day of March AD 1861 did grant and confirm unto Daniel Kreider his heirs and assigns and the said Daniel Kreider by his deed of assignment endorsed dated the 30th day of March AD 1872 did grant and assign the same unto John F Kreider (party hereto) his heirs and assigns as by the said deed and assignment appears together with all [?] singular the houses out houses buildings barns stables ways words water courses rights liberties hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever [?????????] issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest property claim and [?] whatsoever of the said party of the first part in law [?] otherwise [?????] of the same to have and to hold the above described lot of ground of fifty three and six tenths square perches hereditaments and premises hereby granted or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the aforesaid party of the second part his heirs and assigns and for the only proper use benefit and behoof of the aforesaid party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever and the said John F Kreider and Mary his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant grant and agree [?] with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns by these presents that the said party of the first part [?] heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned as intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against [?] the said party of the first part their heirs and against [?] and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof and will warrant and forever defend by these presents do witness whereof the said party of the first part [?] presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written

Before me the subscriber a justice of the peace in and for the said county personally came the above named John F. Kreider and Mary his wife and acknowledged the above indenture to their be [???] deed to the end that the same might be recorded as [?] She the said Mary being of full age and by me separately and apart from her said husband examined and the contents of said indenture being fully made known to her on her private examination she declared that she voluntarily and of her own free will and accord and without any coersion or compulsion on the part of her husband did sign seal and deliver the same whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the second day of Dec in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine.
