This Indenture made the sixth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred (1900). Between [?] L. Saylor of North Annville Township Lebanon County Pennsylvania and Annie his wife parties of the first part and Jacob Kreider of Cleona Lebanon County Pa of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of thirteen hundred and seventeen dollars and fifty cents lawful money of the United States of America well and truly paid by the said party of the second part to the said party of the first part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns all that certain tract or parcel of land consisting of four lots situate in North Annville Township Lebanon County Penna bounded and described as follows to wit:

Beginning at a point the north west corner of Saylor Avenue and the Berks and Dauphin Turnpike then along said Berks and Dauphin Turnpike west one hundred thirty one feet nine inches (131 ft 9 in) to land now or late of Aaron Kreider thence along land now or late of Aaron Kreider north one hundred and ninety eight feet (198 ft) to Lebanon Alley thence east along said Lebanon Alley one hundred twenty three feet and one and seven eighth inches (123 7/8 in) to Saylor Avenue thence along said Saylor Avenue south one hundred and ninety eight feet (198 feet) to the place of beginning. Containing in front on the Berks and Dauphin Turnpike a frontage of one hundred thirty one feet nine inches (131 ft 9 in) and extending in depth to Lebanon Alley one hundred and ninety eight feet (198) and extending along said Lebanon Alley a distance of one hundred twenty three feet and one and seven eighths inches (123 ft 7/8 in)

Being part of the same premises which were seized and taken in execution as the property of H. B. Bodenhorn and in pursuance whereof Frank B. Beshore High Sheriff of the County of Lebanon having given due and timely notice of the time and place of sale by public vendue did on the 17th day of March AD 1885 expose the premises to sale by public vendue and sold the same to John Saylor and Peter Graybill their heirs and assigns forever and part of the same premises which John L Saylor and Elenor his wife and Peter Graybill and Lucinda his wife by their indenture bearing date April 7, 1893 for the consideration therein [?] did grant convey and confirm unto [?] L. Saylor his heirs and assigns forever the tract of ground hereby conveyed are lots numbered 7,8,9 and 10 as appears on plan of property showing D(?) L Saylor addition to Annville Lebanon County Pa. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements, woods, ways, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and [??] and reversions, remainders and [?] rents, issues [???] part and pars thereof and also all the estate right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever both in law [?] of the said party of the first part of in and to the said premises with the appurtenaces to have and to hold the said premises with all and singular the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever and the said [?] L. Saylor and Annie his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever that the said parties of the first part their heirs heirs all and singular the hereditaments and presents herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and against all and every other person or persons whosoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and forever [?] In witness whereof the said party of the first to these presents have herewith set their hands and seal dated the day and year first above written.

On the sixth day of August anno domini 1900 before me a justice of the peace in and for said county personally appeared the above named [?] L Saylor and Annie his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above indenture to be their and each of their act and deed and desire the same might be recorded as such and the said Annie being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband came there and privately examined and the full contents of the above deed being by me first made known unto [?] thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign seal and as her act and deed deliver the above written indenture deed or conveyance without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband witness my hand and official seal the day and year afore said
