Note: Ezra Kreider and his sister Mary Witmeyer are relinquishing their portions of two properties to their brother Joseph and sister Lizzie. The first tract is 109 acres in North Cornwall Township; the second tract is a lot along Route 422 in Annville.

This deed made this fifth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven. Between Ezra B. Kreider and Amanda K. his wife and Mary Witmeyer and Adam her husband, of South Annville Township in the county of Lebanon and state of Pennsylvania (hereinafter called the grantors) and Joseph Kreider and Lizzie Kreider, of Annville Township, county and state aforesaid, (hereinafter called the grantees) Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of one ($1.00) dollar in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged together with the mutual considerations exchanged between the parties hereto in the settlement made this day between them of their respective interests in the estate of Annie Kreider deceased, the said grantors do hereby grant and convey unto the said grantees all their respective undivided interest or interests, share or shares in all that certain messuage, tenement farm and tract of land situate in North Cornwall Township county and state aforesaid. Being bounded and described as follows, viz.

Beginning at a black oak a corner of lands of Jacob Kreider thence by the same south three and one half degrees east one hundred nine and one half perches to a stone, thence by land of Jacob Lauck south eighty seven and one half degrees west thirty two perches to a stone thence by land of Jonas Kreider north one and one half degrees east twenty six perches to a stone, thence by the same south eighty eight and three fourths degrees west sixty eight and one half perches to a stone, thence by land of the heirs of Christopher Reigert, deceased, north fourteen and one fourth degrees west one hundred seven and one half perches to a stone, thence by the same and land of Jonas Kreider, north fifty two and one half degrees east eighty three and one half perches to a stone, thence by the same, south seventy nine and one half degrees east forty one and two tenths perches to a stone thence by said Jacob Kreider's land south twenty and one half degrees west ninety perches to a stone, thence by the same, south eighty one and one half degrees east eleven and four tenths perches to the place of beginning. Containing 109 acres and 16 perches.

Tract no 2 all their undivided interest or interests share or shares in all that certain messuage, tenement and tract of land situate in Annville, formerly North Annville Township. County and state aforesaid. Being bounded and described as follows to wit:

Beginning at a point on the northwest corner of Saylor Avenue and the Berks and Dauphin Turnpike, thence along said Berks and Dauphin Turnpike west one hundred thirty one feet and nine inches to land now or late of Aaron Kreider; thence along land now or late of Aaron Kreider north one hundred and ninety eight feet to Lebanon Alley; thence east along said Lebanon Alley one hundred twenty three feet and one and seven eighth inches to Saylor Avenue; thence along said Saylor Avenue south one hundred and ninety eight feet to the place of beginning. Containing in front on the Berks and Dauphin Turnpike a frontage of one hundred thirty one feet nine inches and extending in depth to Lebanon Alley one hundred ninety eight feet and extending along said Lebanon Alley a distance of one hundred twenty three feet and one and seven eighth inches.

Tract No. 1 being the same premises of which Josiah Kreider died seized in his demesne as of fee, on or about the 9th day of July AD 1898 intestate, and which under partition proceedings had in the Orphans Court of Lebanon County on to wit the 5th day of December AD 1898 was duly awarded by said court as follows unto Jacob Kreider and unto Lizzie Kreider, each the undivided half thereof. And the said Jacob Kreider being seized in his demesne as of fee inter alia of and in the undivided half of the above described real estate died on or about the 15th day of August AD 1906 unmarried without issue testate having first made this last will and testament in writing which was duly probated by the Register of Wills of Lebanon County in whose office the same remains of record, and is recorded in Will Book I page 636 and whereby he devised inter alia his undivided half of the above described real estate unto his brother the said Joseph Kreider, and unto his two sisters the said Lizzie Kreider and the said Annie Kreider, vesting in the said Annie Kreider the undivided one sixth of the above described real estate and the said Annie Kreider being seized in her demesne as of fee of and in the undivided one sixth of the above described real estate died on or about the 24th day of October AD 1909 intestate unmarried, without issue leaving to survive her her two brothers and two sisters namely Ezra B. Kreider, Joseph Kreider, Mary Witmeyer and Lizzie Kreider to whom under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania did descend and come the undivided interest of the said Annie Kreider deceased in the above described real estate and the said grantors for the consideration herein named hereby further grant and convey unto the said grantees all their right, title, interest, claim and demand of whatsoever nature of kind soever in the above described real estate unto the said grantees their heirs and assigns tract No. 2 is the same premises which David L Saylor and his wife by their Indenture bearing date the 6th day of August AD 1900 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for the county of Lebanon, in Deed Book N Vol. 3 page 432 did grant and confirm unto Jacob Kreider, his heirs and assigns. And the said Jacob Kreider being seized in his demesne is of fee Inter Alia of and in the above described real estate died on or about the 15th day of August AD 1896 unmarried without issue, testate and having first made his last will and testament in writing which was duly probated by the Register of Wills of Lebanon County, in whose office the same remains of record and is recorded in Will Book I page 636, whereby he devised Inter Alia, the above described real estate unto his brother the said Joseph Kreider, and to his two sisters, the said Lizzie Kreider and Annie Kreider vesting in the said Annie Kreider the undivided one third of the above described real estate and [???] said. And the said Annie Kreider being seized in her demesne as of fee of and in the undivided one sixth of the above described real estate, died on or about the 24th day of October AD 1909 intestate unmarried, without issue and leaving to survive her two brothers and two sisters, namely the said Ezra B. Kreider, Joseph Kreider, Mary Witmeyer and Lizzie Kreider, to whom under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the said real estate did descend and come Inter Alia, the undivided interest of said Annie Kreider in the said above described real estate vesting in the said Ezra B. Kreider the undivided one twelfth thereof and in the said Mary Witmeyer the undivided one twelfth thereof which the said grantors hereby intend to convey and for the consideration above mentioned hereby grant, convey and confirm unto the said grantees, their heirs and assigns any other interest, fee of title which they the said grantors may have in the above described real estate. And the said grantors do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said grantees that they the grantors their heirs, executors and administrators, shall and will warrant and forever defend the herein above described premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the said grantees their heirs and assigns against the said grantors and against every other person lawfully claiming or who shall hereafter claim the same or any part thereof.
