Note: Peter Hogoboom and Abraham Hollenbeck sell some land to ? Patison.

To all people ot whome these presents shall come Greeting. Know ye that we Peter Hogoboom and Abraham Hollenbeck of Canaan in the county of Hartford and colony of Connecticut in New England for the consideration of thirty pounds [??] tener bills in had paid to our full satisfaction [??] of Canaan therefore do give, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Arms(?) Paltsen his heirs and assigns forever [??] of land yet to be laid out in the common and undivided lands in said Canaan in the Eighth Division of lands in said common(?) to have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises unto him the said [?] Patosum(?) his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use benefit and also [?] the said Peter Hogoboom and Abraham Hollenbeck do by presents covenant the said Iams(?) Pallson(?) his heirs and assigns forever that at and until the ensealing of these presents use and well seized of the premises as a good indefeasible estate [?] and have good right to bargain and sell the some in manner and form as is above written and that the same is [??] all the incumbrances whatsoever and furthermore use the said Peter Hogoboom and Abraham Hollenbeck do bind our [?] heirs forever to warrant and defend the above granted and bargained premises unto him the said Soms(?) Patison(?) his heirs and assigns forever against all claims and demands whatsoever.

In witnes whereof we have here unto set our hand and seal this ninteenth day of October and in the 22 year of the reign of our sovran Lord Gorge the Second of Grate Briton [???] 1748.

Canaan in Hartford County Octover 19, 1748 [??] Peter Hogoboom and Abraham Hollenbeck the signers and sealers to the within written instrument personally appeared and freely acknowledging the same to be their free act and deed before me David Whitney Justice of the Peace.
This deed received October 19, 1748 and is recorded by me David Whitney Town Register.
