Jos. H. Kreider's Sons have men at work at their Clear Spring Mill, repairing the mill generally. The water wheel is being repaired and a new concrete dam breast is being put in to hold the water. This mill is one of the oldest and most popular in the community.

A real estate deal was consummated last week between Joseph H. Kreider's sons and Harry E. Millard when the latter purchased the Clear Spring mill property from the former. The sale includes the mill building and several houses now occupied by employees of Mr. Millard.
The consideration involved in the deal is private. Mr. Millard has not as yet made public what his intentions are as far as the future of the property is concerned. He now has possession of considerable property in the Clear Spring region including some of the best lime stone land in this part of the country. A large amount of lime stone is being shipped to various parts of the country by the firm of J. B. Millard and Son, who employ a large number of people in their quarries near Clear Spring.
