THIS INDENTURE, made the 3rd day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy-one (1971) BETWEEN HERBERT H. KREIDER, widower, formerly of South Londonderry Township, Lebanon county, Pennsylvania, party of the first part, and NANCY J. KREIDER, single, and KATHRYN ANNE KREIDER, single, both Of South Londonderry Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, and BARBARA K. NISSLEY and CLARENCE J, NISSLEY, being husband and wife,' of North Londonderry Township Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, and H. DALE KREIDER and JOAN Y. KREIDER, likewise being husband and wife, of the City of Tucson, in the State of Arizona, parties of the second part

WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and mutual love and affection, lawful money of the United States of America, well and truly paid by the said parties of the second part to the said party of. the first part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien enfeoff, release, convey, and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, an undivided four-fifths interest in and to the following described premises, whereby there is hereby granted and conveyed unto said Nancy J. Kreider and to Kathryn Anne Kreider each an undivided one-fifth interest in said premises, and unto Barbara K. Nissley and Clarence J. Nissley an undivided one-fifth interest to be held by them as tenants by entireties, and unto H. Dale Kreider and Joan Y. Kreider and undivided one-fifth interest herein to be held by them as tenants by entireties, - each undivided one-fifth interest herein granted to be held as tenant in common with the owner or owners of the other similar fractional shares or interests and with the similar frantional share excepted and reserved by the within Grantor.

ALL THAT CERTAIN messuage, tenement, farm and tract of land, situate in the Township of South Londonderry, County of Lebanon and State of Pennsylvania, originally bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point in the middle of a public road, leading from Campbelltown to Lawn thence along the middle of said road the following two courses and distances south nine and one-fourth degrees east one hundred ten and seven tenths (110.7) perches to a point and south and one-half degrees west twenty-nine and four tenths (29.4) perches to a point; thence along land now or late of Mary B. Fasnacht the following'two courses and distances; north eighty-seven (87) degrees west thirty-eight and four tenths (38.4) perches to a post and south ten and one-fourth (10.25) degrees west seventeen and eight tenths (17.8) perches to a post; thence along the several lands of John Marburger and Victor Hoffer and his wife, Mabel Hoffer, north fifty-one and one-fourth (51.25) degrees west forty-six and sixty-one hundredths (46.61) perches to a post; thence along land now or late of Victor and Mabel Hoffer and of Paul Geib, north forty (40) degrees east forty-four and thirty-six hundredths (44.36) perches to a stake; thence along the same north thirty-six and one-half degrees west twenty-five and fifty-one hundredths (25.51) perches to a stake thence along the same north fifty-five (55) degrees west four and eight tenths (4.8) perches to a tree; thence along the same north seventy-two and one-half degrees west thirty-six, and seven tenths (36.7) perches to.a stake; thence along the same, north fifty-two (52) degrees west fifty, and eight tenths (50.8) perches to a stake; thence along land of Herman Alger north fifty-one and three-fourths (51 3/4) degrees east fifty-one and eight tenths (51.8) perches to a point on the south side of a sixteen (16) feet wide alley; thence along said alley south eighty-nine and one-half degrees east thirty-three and five tenths (33.5) perches to a stake; thence along the east side of another sixteen (16) feet wide alley north one and one-half degrees east forty-five (45) feet, more or less, to the south side of another sixteen feet wide alley thence along the south side of said last mentioned alley eighty nine and one-fourth degrees east forty-nine and forty-three and forty-three hundredths (49.43) perches to a point thence along the west side of another sixteen (16) feet wide alley south eleven and three-fourths (11 3/4) degrees east ninety-five (95) feet, more or less, to a point; thence along the south side of property of Daniel Nye north seventy-eight and one-fourth degrees east eleven and one tenth (11.1) perches, to a point in the middle of the aforesaid road, leading from Campbelltown to Lawn, the place of BEGINNING.

CONTAINING seventy-seven (77) acres and one hundred and six and eight-one hundredths (106.81) perches.

BEING the major portion of those premises which Henry K. Kreider joined by his wife Katie, granted and conveyed unto Herbert H. Kreider (Grantor herein) and Emma B. Kreider his wife, by deed dated February 28. 1944; reference, being had unto the record of the said conveyance as same is recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "Z", Vol. 7 at page 537. And being so thereof seized said Emma B. Kreider, wife of the within Grantor; died on May 5, 1968, whereupon the entire title and interest in and to the above mentioned and described premises bested in said Herbert H. Kreider as the surviving tenant by entireties by operation of law.

Excepting however, from the aforementioned and described premises portions thereof heretofore conveyed therefrom by the within Grantor, being lots fronting on the west side of the first mentioned public road leading from Campbelltown to Lawn and, extending from the place of beginning southwardly along said road to the southern line of premises now or late of Warren E. and Betty H. Witmer, (see deed recorded August 31, 1962, in Deed, Book Vol. 19 . at page 81) and extending in depth from the west side of said road to the' east side of a sixteen (16) feet wide alley; also lot fronting on said public road and situate at the southeast corner of the aforementioned and described premises, being the premises conveyed unto Irvin K. and Anna V. Bowman as described in deed recorded on November 9, 1965, and entered of record in the Recorder's Office of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Vol. 49 at page 66; also two tracts of land heretofore conveyed unto Ray M. and Martha C. Haldeman, the one tract in accordance with description appearing in deed recorded as aforementioned on December 3, 1959, and entered of record in Deed Book "B", Vol. 10 at page 340, and the other in accordance with such description appearing in deed recorded October 7, 1968, and recorded in Deed Book Vol. 70 at page 22; also tract of land as conveyed by the within Grantor to Grant Foremen and in accordance with description appearing in deed recorded as aforementioned on July 8, 1947, and recorded in Deed Book "M", VOLUME 8 at page 493.

ALSO, ALL THAT CERTAIN messuage, and tract of land. situate in South Londonderry Township, Lebanon county, Pennsylvania, bounded by land described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at an iron pin, thence along other land of the Grantor, being the aforementioned tract, south three and one-half degrees west, three hundred seventy-five (375) feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence along land now or late of Paul Geib north fifty-one and three-fourths (51 3/4) degrees, west three hundred forty-four (344) feet, more or less, to an iron pin thence along other land formerly a part hereof, north two (2) degrees east one hundred eighty-six and one half feet, more or less to an iron pin thence, along other land formerly a part hereof south eighty five and one-half degrees east two hundred ninety-four (294) feet ten (10) inches, to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING. Containing two acres, more or less.

BEING the same premises which Grant Foreman and Martha Foreman, his wife, granted and conveyed unto the aforementioned Herbert H. Kreider (Grantor herein) and Emma B. Kreider, his-wife, by deed dated February 5, 1949, which deed is being recorded concurrently herewith in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
