This Indenture made the seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven. Between A. Stanly Ulrich and his wife Mattie C. Ulrich of the Borough of Lebanon county of Lebanon and state of Pennsylvania of the one part. And Andrew Kreider of the town of Annville Lebanon County, Pennsylvania of the second part. Winesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred and eighty dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns all that certain lot of piece of ground situated in the township of South Annville county of Lebanon, Pa. and at the east end of the town of Annville.
Beginning and bounded and described as follows, Beginning at a road laid out by Isaac Miller running to the Lebanon Valley R. R. depot from the turnpike running on Main Street in aforesaid town along said turnpike West sixty six feet as far as to lot of ground owned by John H. Ulrich; thence by lot of said John H. Ulrich South one hundred and ninety eight feet to an alley laid out by Isaac Miller; thence along the said alley East sixty six feet to the road above mentioned; thence along the road aforesaid (leading to the Lebanon Valley Railroad depot at Annville) one hundred and ninety eight feet the place of Beginning.
It being the same lot or piece of ground which Isaac Miller and Magdalena his wife did by their Indenture bearing date the 23rd day of February A.D. 1857 grant, convey, sell and deed to A. Stanly Ulrich his heirs and assigns forever (party hereto) as will more fully and at large appear recourse to said deed being had. Together with all and singular the lot improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the [?] right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part in law, equity, of otherwise howsoever of in, and to the same and every part and parcel thereof.
To have and to hold the said lot or piece of ground, hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said A. Stanly Ulrich and Mattie his wife for themselves their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, covenant, grant and agree to and with said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first part their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against them the said parties of the first part their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hand and seals dated the day and year first above written.

The seventh day of February Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven before me a justice of the peace personally appeared the above named A. Stanly Ulrich Esq. and Mattie E. his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above indenture to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such and the said Mattie E. being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the full contents of the above deed being by me first made known unto her did thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign, seal, and as her act and deed deliver the above indenture without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband witness my hand and seal the day year aforesaid.
