Note: Andrew Kreider purchases an additional 14 feet of property bordering the west side of his lot from Oliver Henry.
This Indenture made the thirtieth day of October Annon Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven 1867. Between Oliver Henry of North Annville Township Lebanon County and state of Pennsylvania and Louisa his wife of the first part and Andrew Kreider of South Annville Township County and state aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. Have granted, bargainded, sold aliened, enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by these Presents do grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release and confirm, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns.
All that certain piece or part of a lot of ground situate at the east end of the town of Annville, South Annville Township, Lebanon County and state of Penna. Bounded and described as follows to wit; Beginning at a corner on lot of said Oliver H. Henry; thence East along Berks and Dauphin Turnpike fourteen feet to lot of said Andrew Kreider; thence south along lot of said Kreider one hundred ninety eight feet to an alley thence along said alley fourteen feet to lot of said Henry; thence north along said lot one hundred ninety-eight feet to the place of Beginning.
It being part of the same premises which Isaac Miller and wife by their Indenture bearing date the 23rd day of February 1857 did grant, convey and confirm unto John H. Ulrich his heirs and assigns. And whereas the said John H. Ulrich and wife by assignment endorsed on back of said Indenture bearing date the 30th day of April A.D. 1861 did grant, convey and assign unto Daniel D. Ulrich his heirs and assigns. And whereas the said Daniel D. Ulrich by his Indenture bearing date the 9th day of May AD 1861 did grant convey and confirm unto Charlotte Ulrich her heirs and assings. And whereas the said Charlotte Ulrich and her husband John H. Ulrich by their Indenture bearing date the 29th day of April AD 1864 did grant and confirm unto the said Oliver H. Henry party hereto his heirs and assigns forever. Reference to said Indenture being had as will more at large appear. It being recorded in the office for recording of deeds in and for Lebanon County in Deed Book S page 300.
Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, [?] and profit thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, of them the said parties of the first part in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever of, in, and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof.
To have and to hold the said messuage and small piece of ground containing fourteen feet in breadth and one hundred ninety eight feet in depth. Hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended to be with the Appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Oliver H. Henry and wife their heirs, executors, and administrators, do by these presents hereby covenant, grant and agree, to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said party of the first part, their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against them the said party of the first part their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever carefully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof. The said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals. Dated the day and year first above written.

On the thirtieth day of October Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven before me, the subscriber one of the judges of the court of Common Pleas for said county personally appeared the above named Oliver H. Henry and Louisa A his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such and the said Louisa A. being a full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the full contents of the above Deed being by me first made known unto her, did thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily, and of her own free will and accord sign, seal, and as her act and deed, declare the above Indenture without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband. Witness my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
