This indenture, made the twenty sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight (1908). Between Joseph Kreider executor of the last will and testament of Jacob Kreider, late of North Annville Township, and the county of Lebanon and state of Pennsylvania, deceased party of the first part, and Ezra B. Kreider and Mary Witmeyer wife of Adam Witmeyer of South Annville Township, Joseph Kreider, Lizzie Kreider and Annie Kreider of North Annville Township, all of the county of Lebanon and state of Pennsylvania, parties of the second part. Whereas, Jacob Kreider died on or about the fifteenth day of August A.D. 1906 testate, having first made his last will and testament in writing which was duly probated and re[??] of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Lebanon County and is recorded in said Register's Office in Will Book I page 636 and in which said last will and testament, said testator provided inter alia as follows to wit:

The title to the house and lot located in North Annville Township, county and state aforesaid, which is occupied by my brother and unmarried sisters, as a residence is in my name, but the purchase price of the lot, and the cost of erecting the house thereon was paid in equal shares by my deceased sister Sallie, my sister Lizzie Kreider and by myself in equal shares, my present interest in said house and lot, consists of the undivided one third as originally acquired, in addition to such interest, therein as I may have inherited as an heir of my deceased sister Sallie Kreider, my intention by this will is to give and bequeth to my residuary legatees above named only such interest and title to the above named house and lot of ground as I actually have therein, and in order that the title to the same may be perfected, I authorize my hereinafter named executor to execute and deliver, for a nominal consideration to the other parties who have an interest in said house and lot of ground, such deed or deeds, as may be necessary to insure unto them a good title to whatever interest they may now have in said property, the same as if the deed to said lot originally had been made in favor of my sister Sallie, who is now deceased, and my sister Lizzie and myself as tenants in common. And whereas, letters testamentary in said estate were duly granted to Joseph Kreider who was named as the executor in said will. And whereas the said Sallie Kreider died on or about the twenty ninth day of March A.D. 1906 unmarried, intestate and leaving to survive her, three brothers and three sisters, namely the above named Jacob Kreider, who has since died, and the above named Joseph Kreider, Ezra B. Kreider, Lizzie Kreider and Annie Kreider and Mary Witmeyer.

And whereas the residuary legatees of the said Jacob Kreider, deceased, as named in his will, aforesaid; are the said Joseph Kreider, Lizzie Kreider and Annie Kreider. And whereas under the provisions of the said will, as above set forth, and under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the title to the above mentioned and hereinafter described real estate, vests in the said parties of the second part in the following proportions. The said Lizzie Kreider, the undivided fourteen twenty seventh (14/27) thereof; Annie Kreider, the undivided five twenty seventh (5/27) thereof; the said Joseph Kreider, the undivided five twenty seventh (5/27) thereof, the said Mary Witmeyer, the undivided one eighteenth (1/18) thereof, and the said Ezra B Kreider, the undivided one eighteenth (1/18) thereof.

And whereas it is the intention of the party of the first part to comply with the above provisions, contained in said will relative to the conveyance of said real estate, how(?) this indenture witnesseth, that the said Joseph Kreider executor of the last will and testament of John Kreider, deceased, for and in consideration of the sum of one ($1) dollar lawful money of the United States, to him well and truly paid by he said Ezra Kreider, Mary Witmeyer, Joseph Kreider, Lizzie Kreider and Annie Kreider at and before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowleged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released and confirmed. And by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, release and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns. All that certain house and lot of ground situate in North Annville Township in the county of Lebanon and state of Pennsylvania in the following proportions, namely to the said Ezra B. Kreider, the undivided one-eighteenth (1/18) thereof; to the said Mary Witmeyer wife of Adam Witmeyer, the undivided one-eighteenth (1/18) thereof; to the said Joseph Kreider, the undivided five twenty seventh (5/27) thereof, to the said Lizzie Kreider the undivided fourteen twenty seventh (14/27) thereof, to the said Annie Kreider the undivided five twenty seventh (5/27) thereof and bounded and described as follows to wit:

Beginning at a [?], the northwest corner of Saylor Avenue and the Berks and Dauphin Turnpike thence along said Berks and Dauphin Turnpike, west one hundred and thirty one (131) feet and nine (9) inches, to land now or late of Aaron Kreider; thence along the same north one hundred and ninety eight (198) feet to Lebanon Alley; thence east along said Lebanon Alley one hundred and twenty three (123) feet and one and seven eight inches to Saylor Avenue; thence along said Saylor Avenue south one hundred and ninety eight (198) feet to the place of Beginning.

Being the same premises which David L. Saylor and Annie his wife by their indenture baring date the sixth day of August A.D. 1900 and recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for the county of Lebanon in Deed Book N vol. 3 page 432 and did grant and confirm unto Jacob Kreider, the above named decedent his heirs and assigns. Together with all and singular the buildings and improvements, ways, water, water courses, rights, liberties, privideges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and also, all the estate right, title, interest, use, trust, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said Jacob Kreider at and immediately before the time of his death in law equity or otherwise howsoever, of in, to, or out of the same.

To have and to hold the said house and lot hereditaments and premises hereby granted and released, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever. And the said Joseph Kreider, executor as aforesaid, does hereby covenant, promise and agree to tand with the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns that he the said Joseph Kreider, executor as aforesaid has not done committed, or knowingly or willingly suffered to be done whereby the premises hereby granted, or any part thereof is, are, shall, or may be impeached, charged or incumbered in title, charge, estate, or otherwise howsoever.

In witness whereof the said Joseph Kreider, executor as aforesaid have hereunto set his hand and seal, the day and year first above written.
