Note: This deed describes two tracts of land belonging to the John Sheaffer Kreider estate. The two tracts are being sold to John S. Kreider's daughter Sallie and her husband Daniel K. Bomberger. The land is located in North Cornwall Township.

This Indenture, made the fourth day of April A. D. one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven, between Joseph Kreider and Fannie, his wife, of North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, PA; Levi Kreider and Minnie, his wife, of North Annville Township, Lebanon County, PA; Barbara Smith and Wilhelm B. Smith, her husband, of South Annville Township, Lebanon County, PA; John G. Kreider and Annie B., his wife of the city of Lebanon, PA; Jonas Kreider and Susan, his wife, of South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, PA; Mary Kreider and Moses Kreider her husband of North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County PA; Leah Heisey and Solomon Heisey, her husband, of South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, PA; Sallie Bomberger and Daniel K. Bomberger, her husband, of South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, PA; Christian Kreider and Mary, his wife, of South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, PA; Isaac J. Kreider and Laura, his wife, of South Bend, state of Indiana; and Fanny Longenecker, and Harry G. Longenecker her husband, of South Annville Township, Lebanon County, PA; being all the children and heirs at law of John S. Kreider Sr., late of North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, PA, deceased, joined hereinby their respective wives and husbands, parties of the first part, and Daniel K. Bomberger, of South Lebanon Township, Lebanon Coutny, PA, party of the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of fourteen thousand and nine and sixty-three one hundredth dollars, lawful money of the United States, well and truly paid by the party of the second part unto the said parties of the first part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, all that certain farm and plantation, consisting of two tracts of land, situate in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County and state of Pennsylvania, being severally bounded and described as follows to wit:

No. 1. Beginning at a stone at line of lands now or late of Herman Light and now or late of Josiah Kreider; thence along lands now or late of Josiah Kreider, north 82 degrees west, forty one and three tenths perches to a point; thence along said land south 50.5 degrees west, forty and five tenths perches to a point; [???] Snitz Creek thence along said land south 51 degrees west, seventy eight and four tenths perches to a point; thence along lands now or late of Eliza Marshall, north 29.5 degrees west eighty three and five tenths perches to a point in a public road; thence along siad road north 60 degrees east, one hundred and ninety three and seven tenths perches to a point; thence along said road north 59.75 degrees east, thirty eight and two tenths perches to a point, thence along a land and lands now or late of Henry Laudermilch, south 4 degrees east, thirty five and one tenths perches to a point; thence by the same land and lands now or late of Hiram Light, south 18.5 degrees west, eighty eight and six tenths perches to the place of Beginning. Containing 96 acres and 139 perches, strict measure.

No. 2 Beginning at a stone; thence along lands now or late of Christopher Reichert, south 14.75 degrees east, twenty-six perches to a black oak tree; thence by lands now or late of Henry Kreider, south 87.25 degrees east, twenty six perches to a black oak tree; thence by lands now or late of Barbara Zimmerman, north 83 degrees east thirty-five and three tenths perches to a stone; thence by lands now or late of John Kreider, north one degree east, twenty six perches to a pole; thence by lands now or late of John Kreider Jr., south, 88 degrees west, sixty-eight perches to the place of beginning. Containing 10 acres and 12 perches and allowance for roads.

The above described two tracts of land, being the same premises which Barbara Kreider, et. al., widow and heirs of Jonas Kreider, deceased, by their several indentures dated the second day of April, 1888, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lebanon County, in Deed Book Q Vol. 2, Page 378, and in Deed Book Q Vol. 2, Page 372, respectively granted, conveyed and confirmed unto John S. Kreider Sr., his heirs and assigns forever and the said John S. Kreider Sr., being so thereof seized in his demesne as of fee, in his lifetime, died, widower on the fifth day of March, 1926, intestate, whereby, under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the above mentioned and described premises descended and came unto his twelve children and heirs at L W, Viz; Joseph Kreider; Levi Kreider; Barbara Smith; Lizzie Winters; John G. Kreider; Jonas Kreider; Mary Kreider; Leah Heisey; Sallie Bomberger; Christian Kreider; Isaac J. Kreider, and Fanny Longenecker, of the parties of the first part hereto. Reference being had to said indentures will more fully and at large appear. Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, water, woods, ways, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of the said parties of the first part, of, in and to the said premises, with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the said premises, with all and singular the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. Under and subject, however, to the right of way, granted by John S. Kreider Sr., to M. S. Hershey, et at., their associates, heirs and assigns, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating by electricity or other power steam motive excepted a railway, located as follows,

To wit beginning at the west end of the line of land of Jacob S. Kreider; thence east along public road inside the fence to the line of land now or late of Solomon Laudermilch. And the said parties of the first part, their heirs, executors and administrators, do, by these presents, covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of second part, his heirs and assigns forever, that they, the said parties of the first part their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part their heirs, and against all and every other person of persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part to these presents have hereunto set their hand and seals dated the day and year first above written
