Note: Samuel Hollenbeck sells 6.5 acres of land to Andrew Frank
Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Hollenbeck of Canaan in the county of Litchfield and state of Connecticut for the sum of thirty pounds lawfull money paid and secured to me by Andrew Frank of said Canaan and being therewith content. Do give, grant, bargain and lease unto the said Andrew and to his heirs, executors and administrators for the term of nine hundred and sixty one years about six acres and a half of land be it more of less of Meadow land by Hollenbeck River. Bounded north on the Three Rod Highway east on said Andrew Frank's south on said river and west on land belonging to the heirs of Edward Sutton deceased.
To have and to hold the above leased premises to him the said Andrew and to his heirs, executors and administrators the full form above mentioned without hindrance or molestation from me or any [??] the full of said term.
In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of April AD 1790.
