Mrs. Mary S. Kreider, 508 East Walnut street, was found dead Friday evening in the front room of her home. Her sudden passing away is ascribed to a heart attack there being no indication of any other serious illness. She was seventy-six years of age and was extremely active of body and keen of mind for a woman of those advanced years.
The late Mrs. Kreider has long been a faithful member of the Avon United Brethren Church and has always taken an interest in the church work. SHe was of lovable character and highly esteemed by all who knew her.
Three brothers and one sister survive. Henry Bomberger and Samuel S. Bomberger of this city are brothers and the other brother John Bomberger, resides in Philadelphia. The surving sister is Mrs. Henry Smith also of this city. Her husband, the late Moses S. Kreider preceded her in death some time ago.
