After the cave we drove through the town of State College. We stopped to see Beaver Stadium. I wanted to see what the scene was like where the Joe Paterno statue had been removed just a few weeks before. I was not able to figure out where the statue had been. We spent the night in a hotel in State College. The next day we headed toward Altoona to check out the Del Grosso Amusement Park. Nathan enjoyed seeing how hard he could throw a baseball. Nathan and I had fun racing on the go-karts. The Scrambler, The Swing Buggy.
